Connect Centre Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2004, borned entirely based on the Social Enterprise Business Model. We were the first contact centre in the South East Asian Region to be setup and operated within the prison walls.

An ardent supporter of the Yellow Ribbon Project, we have built and operated two contact centers within the walls of the Singapore Prison. We trained selected inmates to be contact centre professionals, and enabled them with quality call and customer service skills. In doing so, we had not only provided them with employable skills during their rehabilitation, but also helped to contribute towards their re-integration process back into society, upon their release.

In 2009, Connect Centre took a step further in assisting ex- offenders by opening our 24 x 7 contact centre outside the prison. By offering ex-offenders with employment opportunities, we continue to strive in our efforts to help ex-offenders get back on their feet and integrate seamlessly back into the society without any form of discrimination, prejudice and social disparity.

Connect Centre has since employed over 200 staff members across our 4 contact centres, including our first offshore centre in Johor Bahru Malaysia, and persist in our effort to deliver excellent quality service for our clients, create social values to our employees and uphold social values for our society.
