Call Centre Agent / Customer Service Officer

Job Description
• Answer inbound calls and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints & feedbacks.
• Manage & resolve customer’s complaints & feedback.
• Able to multi-task on tasks given by Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in problem solving and/or follow-up cases, where necessary.
• Customer service oriented.
• Composed in handling complaints and difficult situations. Qualifications
• Possess computer literacy, applications such as Outlook & Internet knowledge.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Call Centre Team Leader

Job Description
• To lead a team of Call Centre Agents / Customer Service Officers in providing customer service to callers
• Manage & resolve customer’s complaints & feedback.
• Support the manager in highlighting operational issues and areas for improvement.
• Assist in manpower planning of team, including leave planning.
• Ensure quality and KPI of team is met in a timely manner.
• All other ad-hoc administrative duties. Qualifications
• Minimum ‘O’ Level/Diploma in any discipline.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in using computer software and applications.
